My interview with Shelley Spector, Founder of The Museum of Public Relations

Episode 6 of "A History of Marketing" is available today. Shelley Spector: Early Public Relations & Pioneers Who Shaped the Field

This week, I speak with Shelley Spector, Founder of the Museum of Public Relations. We use the Museum of Public Relations as a lens to explore PR's early history, telling the stories of pioneers like Ivy Lee, Barbara Hunter, Inez Kaiser, Edward Bernays, Doris Fleischman, and more.

Shelley has some amazing first-hand stories of Edward Bernays. She knew Eddie well for the final decade of his life, and he was the original inspiration for the Museum of PR. It's a great follow-up to my interview with Larry Tye.
